Made from high performance matte finish velvet, the Henri Custom Pillow delivers both beauty and strength. With its Crypton Home finish, Henri is sure to stand up to any high traffic home, while the feather down insert ensures the ultimate in comfort. Place on a sofa in the family room, your favourite chair, or on a bed for an extra cosy feel.

How To Use: Opt for the 24x24 pillow size as the ideal addition to your bedding. For larger beds, combine two or three for a solid base to your pillow arrangements. Use them separately or add multiple decorative pillows in front. Design tip: the 24x24 pillow size is also suitable for larger sectionals and sofas, while the 22x22, 20x20, and 14x20 are ideal for layering on sofas, chairs, and beds. Material: 100% Polyester

Care: Handwash – Most liquid spills can be simply blotted with a clean, dry cloth. In case of dried stains, remove excess residue. Spray the stain with a mild enzyme detergent and lightly brush the fabric with a clean, dry cloth. Rinse with warm water to remove any excess soap. For a deeper clean, hot water extraction is recommended. Do not dry clean.

All pillows are custom made to order with a lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks for fabrication.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada. 

 

In-Store Pick Up

We will notify you within 24-48 hours that your purchase is ready for pick up.

Furniture and Large Delivery

Large and fragile items like furniture and oversized wall décor are available on our website as In-Store Pick-up Only. This will be indicated within the product details.  If you are a customer located within 200 km of our location we are happy to offer a delivery service for larger items such as wall art and furniture to be delivered to your address. Returns 

In-Store Purchases 

Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition in which it was sold. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. 

We do not offer refunds.

SALE ITEMS AND MADE TO ORDER FURNITURE ARE A FINAL PURCHASE and are not eligible for a return for store credit.

 
On-line Purchases

We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of the purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition it was sold in and in the original packaging. Please send return merchandise to our brick & mortar location at 188 Raglan St. S Renfrew, ON. Your receipt must be included in the shipment. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds.


Sale items and Made to Order furniture are a final purchase and are not eligible for a return for store credit. All rug and lighting orders are considered Special Order items as they are not carried in-store. Therefore, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any rugs or lighting purchases that are returned for store credit.

Defective Merchandise

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any defects should be reported immediately to hello@homefulshoppe.com
