This alpaca throw comes from an artisan textile mill in southern Peru. Established over 20 years ago, this sustainable, innovative company brings a wealth of expertise in locally sourced alpaca yarns. Their ethical working conditions have meant that most of their workforce have been with them for over 17 years, resulting in skilled, experienced craftsmanship that ensures the highest quality in every product. The textile mill holds the following certificates: Fair Trade Peru, WRAP ( Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), Carbon Footprint Peru, Alpaca Certificate, RE/UP Cycle, Biotrade Peru, RAS Responsible Alpaca Standard.

Large and fragile items like furniture and oversized wall décor are available on our website as In-Store Pick-up Only. This will be indicated within the product details. If you are a customer located within 200 km of our location we are happy to offer a delivery service for larger items such as wall art and furniture to be delivered to your address. Returns
In-Store Purchases
Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition in which it was sold. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases.
We do not offer refunds.
SALE ITEMS AND MADE TO ORDER FURNITURE ARE A FINAL PURCHASE and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
On-line Purchases
We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of the purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition it was sold in and in the original packaging. Please send return merchandise to our brick & mortar location at 188 Raglan St. S Renfrew, ON. Your receipt must be included in the shipment. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale items and Made to Order furniture are a final purchase and are not eligible for a return for store credit. All rug and lighting orders are considered Special Order items as they are not carried in-store. Therefore, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any rugs or lighting purchases that are returned for store credit.

Defective Merchandise
All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any defects should be reported immediately to hello@homefulshoppe.com
