Heidi Caillier believes that our homes should create a sense of place, and serve as the setting for lifelong memories. In her first book, she shares twelve houses from across the country, from the islands of Puget Sound to the Berkshires. The rooms of these houses are simultaneously nostalgic and of the moment. Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition in which it was sold. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases.Â

On-line Purchases
We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of the purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition it was sold in and in the original packaging. Please send return merchandise to our brick & mortar location at 188 Raglan St. S Renfrew, ON. Your receipt must be included in the shipment. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale items and Made to Order furniture are a final purchase and are not eligible for a return for store credit. All rug and lighting orders are considered Special Order items as they are not carried in-store. Therefore, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any rugs or lighting purchases that are returned for store credit.

Defective Merchandise
