Power-loomed of 100% polyester, area rugs in the Banks Collection can be machine-washed and either hung or laid out to dry. With a vintage-inspired design in sumptuous and saturated colours, Banks is an elegant centerpiece that can work with many rug pads, in any room. This collection is Oeko-Tex® certified, ensuring its materials don't contain harmful substances.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. When needed, machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle using a mild, non-bleach detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry using the delicate setting. Not all rug sizes fit in all machines. A rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set onlow. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than a back and forth motion.

Furniture and Large Delivery
Large and fragile items like furniture and oversized wall décor are available on our website as In-Store Pick-up Only. This will be indicated within the product details. If you are a customer located within 200 km of our location we are happy to offer a delivery service for larger items such as wall art and furniture to be delivered to your address. Returns
In-Store Purchases
Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition in which it was sold. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases.
We do not offer refunds.
SALE ITEMS AND MADE TO ORDER FURNITURE ARE A FINAL PURCHASE and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
On-line Purchases
We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 14 days of the purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by Homeful staff to be in the same condition it was sold in and in the original packaging. Please send return merchandise to our brick & mortar location at 188 Raglan St. S Renfrew, ON. Your receipt must be included in the shipment. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale items and Made to Order furniture are a final purchase and are not eligible for a return for store credit. All rug and lighting orders are considered Special Order items as they are not carried in-store. Therefore, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any rugs or lighting purchases that are returned for store credit.

Defective Merchandise
All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any defects should be reported immediately to hello@homefulshoppe.com
Defect claims will only be accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery.
